The Teenth Foundation was created in response to educating our youth on the importance of understanding the laws that impact their communities, the need for more opportunities for youth civic engagement, and the lack of mechanisms designed specifically for their voices to be heard and addressed.

We Are A Strong Team

The Teenth is named after the ordinals from the 13th, 14th, 15th and 19th amendments to the Constitution illustrating the fact that things can change and that we can move from an imperfect union to a more perfect one. It also embodies the spirit of Juneteenth characterized by celebration, historical appreciation, vibrance, and resiliency.

The Teenth is a platform for educating and serving the youth of this generation where they learn in an engaging style and atmosphere that involves creative activities such as broadcasting, directing, social-media, radio, television, podcast, metaverse, debates and many innovating mediums of the future.
